Charlene has 5 years worth of experience working in Health and Social Care and has proven to be exceptional in her approach when supporting people. Charlene has experience in working with older people both in an activities and a domestic setting and has extensive experience with supporting people with learning difficulties.
Recently Charlene has decided to embark on furthering her knowledge and skills by enrolling on a health and social care apprenticeship which will support her in her role and improve her practice. Charlene is patient, understanding and has a natural way of delivering support in a way that empowers people and promotes independence.
