We understand how hard it can be to keep on top of things from time to time. We ensure that everyone who comes to your home has gone through rigorous DBS security check and have received full training.

Whether you are looking for some help with cleaning, hoovering, dusting, laundry, running errands or preparing your favourite meals, our range of Lifestyle Support services can ease the pressure and help keep your home just the way you like it.

We understand that every one has their own way of doing things, so we like to get to know you and take careful note of your preferences and needs. You will be in full control of the services you receive from us and we will endeavour to meet your own personal standard of support.

We will work with you to create a bespoke service which may include:

Domestic Support:

Our Care and Support staff can help with all your domestic tasks such as dusting, hoovering and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. They can even help with you washing and ironing and change your bedding

Our team can also prepare, or help you prepare, your meals to ensure you are getting what you need to stay healthy.

Gardening Support:

To some of us our gardens are a sanctuary and something to enjoy; we recognises that gardening can become more difficult in later life.

Gardens can be good for your wellbeing and we want to help you in being able to keep enjoying your outdoor space. Our care and support team will work with you to continue gardening, whether this is following your instructions or working to support you to keep doing what you love.

We are able to offer help with general gardening tasks and maintenance or a larger scale clearings.

We can offer a reliable flexible service, this may just be mowing the lawn, weeding beds and planters, pruning and cutting back of hedges and small bushes, planting and maintenance of bulbs, plants or vegetables.

Whatever your needs, we are here to help.

Meal Preparation:

Maintaining good nutrition and hydration is extremely important. Our care and support staff can prepare for you or with you all types of meals. This may be something as simple as heating a ready meal and cooking some vegetables to go with it or cooking a fresh meal.

We can work with customers and families to plan meals, do the shopping and prepare the meals in your own home. All of our care and support staff are fully trained in food hygiene and nutrition and we are able to help monitor food and fluid intake where required to support healthy nutrition.

If you have any specific nutritional requirements, we can support you to ensure that your diet and nutritional needs are balanced and healthy. For example diabetic diets or special diets, diets that are specific to religious beliefs, diets that are gluten/wheat/dairy free and much more.

These are just a few of the things we can help with as we create our support and Care Plans with you at the heart of it.

Pet Care:

We understand that pets are family members so we can also help with you furry loved one, whether this be taking your dog for walks, emptying your cat’s litter trays, or simply helping to make sure that your pet is fed and has a fresh bowl of water. We aim to give you and your loved one the assurance that their pet is being cared for to the best possible standard, whilst also enabling your loved one to keep spending quality time with them.

With pets providing a host of benefits in terms of physical and emotional health, it is worth considering every option to ensure your loved one can remain with their companion.

Our services can be tailored to your pets, as well as you, to make sure they’re getting the best possible care.

Other Services:

We offer an amazing carpet cleaning service using a specialised RUG DOCTOR, The Mighty Pro X3 provides professional-style cleaning that lets us take care of your carpets quickly and easily.

For this service we charge you the same hourly rate as all of our other services.

Please Note:
We will move furniture prior to cleaning however this will increase the time we will take to finish.

Takeaway Ironing Service
We also offer a professional domestic ironing service by the basket. We don't charge by the item, just the time it takes. Prices start from as little as £10.50 for half an hour!
