Neil has over 10 years worth of experience within Health and Social Care. He started off by helping out as a volunteer helping out in Care home events and offering social interaction for residents. His background is originally office work dealing with company policies and procedures. Neil is qualified to Master Level and has achieved various other qualifications both IT related and Customer Service focused.
Neil has worked alongside an office team for a Dementia specialist home and domiciliary care company of which he obtained a vast range of skills and experience. Neil is also a company Director and works between delivering support, supporting the growth of the business and ensures we deliver a good and safe practice in all activities relating to our customers care by putting systems in place to guide, monitor and evaluate care and services provided.
Neil has also received training in Dementia Awareness, Basic Life Support, Health and Safety and much more!
Neil is fully DBS Checked and has the relevant training and certificates for his role including first aid, food hygiene and coronavirus and infection control
