Damian has a strong background in Health and Social Care and registered CQC services, from being a “hands on” carer working on the front line right through to progressing into management. His experience in this sector over the many years has enabled him to have a great understanding of the requirements for the successful running of a health and social care service ensuring that his approach is person centered, working with the person at heart.
Damian has a real passion for the health and welfare of people which is why he is always keen to learn and develop within the health and social care sector. Damian is proud to have now achieved various management qualifications, a Bachelors Degree with honors in Health and Social Care and has almost successfully completed a Masters Degree in Health and Social Care.
Damian is fully DBS Checked and has the relevant training and certificates for his role including first aid, food hygiene and coronavirus and infection control
Has over 10 years worth of experience within Health and Social Care. Originally office trained Neil has achieved various qualifications both IT related and Customer Service focused. Neil has worked alongside an office team for a Dementia specialist home and domiciliary care company of which he obtained a vast range of skills and experience. Neil has also received training in Dementia Awareness, Basic Life Support, Health and Safety and much more!
Neil is also a company Director and works between delivering support and supporting the growth of the business.

Has 5 years worth of experience working in Health and Social Care and has proven to be exceptional in her approach when supporting people. Charlene has experience in working with older people both in an activities and a domestic setting and has extensive experience with supporting people with learning difficulties.
Recently Charlene has decided to embark on furthering her knowledge and skills by enrolling on a health and social care apprenticeship which will support her in her role and improve her practice. Charlene is patient, understanding and has a natural way of delivering support in a way that empowers people and promotes independence.
Charlene has great people skills and a caring approach especially when working within the caring or lifestyle support field. Charlene is a calm person who is always willing to help and strives to provide a service of quality and satisfaction.

Has over 10 years worth of experience working in Health and Social Care and has worked as a care assistant, senior carer and medication manager in a residential home. Lucy also has experience working within the community where she undertook a role as a supervisor. Lucy has a wealth of knowledge on well-being and quality provision and will this year graduate from university with a Health and Social Care degree.
Lucy is a confident, keen and caring person with a positive attitude towards learning and work, she holds a wide variety of skills that enable her to complete the necessary tasks required within her role. Lucy adopts great responsibility and ownership within her work and is able to follow instructions as well as use her own initiative to complete tasks given to her. Lucy is a patient, kind and honest person and fully able to recognise and meet the needs and requests of the people she work with.

Has over 10 years’ experience working in various roles within the NHS. Kate has worked as a mentor for young people as a welfare rights advisor and enjoys helping people in an advocacy role.
Kate is a keen gardener and happy to help our customers achieve what they are looking for, everything from growing fruit and vegetables to growing flowers or just neatening up the edges.
Kate is also a qualified personal trainer and nutrition advisor. Kate is a relaxed person with a caring nature and believes in putting the customers at the heart of their support.
Kate is fully DBS Checked and has the relevant training and certificates for her role including first aid, food hygiene and coronavirus and infection control
Has worked in a caring environment for over 20 years, more recently moving into the adult Health and Social care setting to further her skills and training.
Victoria has undergone various courses to help her in her role, training including Basic life support, Autism Awareness, Mental Health awareness, Stroke Awareness and Epilepsy Awareness. She is a natural people person and has a caring attitude, nothing is ever too much when it comes to helping others. She has a warm approach that helps those she meets feel at ease when in her company.

Has been involved in a variety of roles from carpentry to caring for his grandmother. Corey originally left his carpentry position back in 2016 where he made the decision to become his grandmother’s official full time carer. Within this role Corey gained various skills integral for being an effective and person centered carer. Many aspects of this role required Corey to be a good communicator which required great listening skills, an understanding and appreciation for those who are not able to hear as well, reading body language and recognition when distress is present.
Corey is a passionate and patient individual with a kind and caring approach to those who need support. He has qualifications for carpentry which enables him to complete maintenance tasks around the home such as basic repairs, decorating and general maintenance. Corey also has gardening skills and is a hard worker which he proves with every customer he meets. No job is too big or small and the satisfaction of his customers is at the heart of what he does.

Harriet has over 6 years experience in the Health and Social Care sector. This has included working in domiciliary settings and also care homes over the years.
Harriet has provided support to a wide range of customers giving her plenty of experience and knowledge in the field which she has specialised in dementia, end of life and also learning difficulties.
Harriet has a passion for her role and enjoys bringing positive energy to everyone she meets. Harriet will approach all work with a smile and a positive attitude.

Has over 30 years of working in a finance office environment. Tracy wanted to join the team and to pursue a different challenge.
Tracy became enthused by the pleasure of looking after her Dad who has become challenged by declining health and loneliness, Within this role she has gained skills which revolve around person centered care.
Tracy is reliable and trustworthy, with a warm and caring attitude to assist our customers with any tasks and aims they wish to achieve.
Nothing is ever too much for Tracy she will always do whatever she can to help with any task she is asked of. She would love to provide similar support to others who may benefit from company, and help to improve health and well-being providing a quality service.
